Hey there! Thanks for laying your headset's concern on our support thread. Does the issue persist even if it's plugged in through wired or via wireless? Also, does the issue occur if it's connected on a different port in your PC or to a different PC?

Hey everyone! If the issue still persists, please send me a PM together with your headset's serial number. Let's continue from there.
I recently purchased Nari Ultimate from best buy and keep having that static sounds all the time during listening the music also games sometimes, is kinda annoying... So I went to exchange the same one just wanna test it out if still the same issue. Been googling for how to set up the EQ and other setting. It doesn't matter how I adjust, that static sounds will keep showing up.....Can anyone please tell me how to fix this problem?( Been trying many ways that people says from google)
Oh my! Thanks for letting me know. Have you updated your headset by connecting it to your computer with Razer Synapse installed? Please send me a PM together with your headset's serial number. Let's continue from there.
