Razer Nari ultimate ps4 game/chat problem

    Hi. At first. I like this Headset a lot. It's comfortable and has a cool Haptic feature thats awesome. My game / chat regulator is out of balance and not adjustable. When I turn up the game sound, the game chat becomes louder and when I turn the chat / game control down, everything becomes quieter. I want to set everything separately, as well as with any other headset from other brands. Can anyone help me please?

    Sorry bud, but the Nari Ultimate only functions as a stereo headset on PS4. The Game/Chat balance only works on PC.

    Thanks that helps me a lot. I just don't understand that RAZER even sells headphones on the Ps4 if it can't do everything. I wanted a premium headset from the cool brand and would be disappointed without warning. I did a lot of research and found these errors myself. Customers have to be informed, otherwise everyone will send their headset back. Unless you do software updates in the future with sound cards or something similar. I like the headset very much, but I am bothered by such little things and I will return it. Should I somehow delete the registered product or does it happen automatically.     I understand where you are coming from, I really do, but the headset only having stereo output on PS4 is stipulated on the product page. There is no way to delete product registration, so don't worry about that.
