I'm a united kingdom residence and I decided about a month and a half ago that I needed a new pair of headphones. I've known about Razer products for a while and the Razer Nari Ultimate had good reviews so I bought one. I've been having a couple of issues with it and just wanted to double check if any of this sounded like it was how the product should function or if there was something wrong with it.
When im sat at my desk (with my computer to the side) my headset seems to lose connection alot. It plays that "do do dooo", "do do dooo", and then seems to be fine for a bit, and then plays it again. When this happens if I try to view the headset in the Synapse control panel thing, it just keeps loading and wont connect.
Also, from the reviews I read theres supposed to be about 16 hours of battery life, but I only seem to get about 4 before I have to plug the usb cable in to charge it. Is there any way to check what my average battery life should be for this headset?
