Razer Nari Ultimate - Sound only one side

Hello,
I have had a Razer Nari Ultimate headset for a few months, and I just realized that it now produces sound only on the right side.
I tried to plug it with jack on my phone and, surprise, both sides worked.

It is therefore only when I use it with the USB plug on my PC that the problem is present.

Besides, when I turn it on, the little beep can only be heard with one ear too!

My Razer Synapse is up to date, and I have followed all the procedures to try to resolve the issues on my own.
