Razer Nari Ultimate sound quality shocking in game.

Ngl im raging at the fact my NEWLY bought Nari Ultimates wont play proper audio in game. Ive followed the instructions on the leaflet and still nothing. When playing games (Such as DayZ - Ill be using this as an example) the headset does not produce accurate audio, with things like footsteps being almost inaudible and noises like buildings creaking being deafening. Before you say anything, i am using the pre selected game setting in eq. Not only this, but the fact the nari comes up as Two separate playback devices is confusing the hell out of me. When using chat setting, both game and chat audio (Discord) come through, but when using game neither work. Ive also tried setting Game as the default device and chat as the default coms device but this doesnt work either. If anyone can tell me how to resolve this issue id love you for ever.

Please do not suggest uninstalling the games that dont work because we all know how big COD Warzone is, combined with Destiny 2 AND DayZ with nearly 30GB worth of mods.
