Razer Nari Ultimate turns off after a few seconds

I had this device for a long time and there were some issues before but they all have been fixed and never happened again. The issue I have now is I turn on the device and it turns off after a few seconds, it could be that it didnt charge enough. But its always plugged with the cable when not in use. And I cant even see the battery because if I unplug it I cant see the battery icon in synapse because it turns off. Can anyone help me? This is annoying
