Razer Opus no Game Audio when accessing other app (Discord, Teamspeak)

I cannot play a game and use an external voicechat program at the same time.
I've tried Discord, Teamspeak, Steam chat even the ingame voicechat but all cut out the sound.
I looks like I can only access one audio stream at the time.

How can I fix this?

Does the issue happen while the headset is connected via wired (3.5mm port) and wireless? Does the behavior occur while the headset is on gaming mode? Also, are you using a mobile device or PC while the issue takes place? Ensure to install the Razer Audio app on your Android or iOS device and install its latest update.

I play on PC
Wireless gives the problem with audio
Wired gives no problems
Game mode doesn't seem to work. When I press the button for 5 seconds (or more) there is no feedback from the headset (neither soundqueue nor visual)

Thanks for letting me know. Check if the issue happens while pairing the Razer Opus to another device. Otherwise, please contact your reseller or send me a PM if it's purchased from the RazerStore so I can help you initiate a warranty claim/case number.
