Razer Ornata Chroma keys colour issue

How to fix the led issue which is when some of the keys on the numpad appear a different colour to the other keys.Recently got this issue, I tried to reinstall the synapse, didn't work, also tested it on an other PC and the problem remains even when PC is turned off.Is there a way to fix this?

Oops! That seems not right. Have you tried using different Chroma lighting settings on your keyboard through Synapse?
