Hi there,
my Razer Ouroboros acts weird since last day. It suddently stopped working on my mousepad (Corsair MM100). It does work on any other surface. And with that I mean nearly any other surface possible. I even checked the ceiling, my pillows, my pc case, a piece of paper, grass, leather, etc.
But when putting it on my mousepad, it just moves from the upper left corner to the lower right corner. This one dimension is possible but if I try to move horizontally or up and down, it kind of denies my offer.
The first thing I did was to completely uninstall the drivers of every Razer Product I use, uninstall Synapse (2), restart and reinstall Synapse and the drivers automatically and try it again. I also resetted the mouse itself and the wireless adapter for it (both wired and wireless have the same issue btw), the püroblem was still there. I also tried the surface calibration tool from synapse for the mouse, it made no difference.
I am confused. Has my mouse feelings? Why has it stopped working on my mousepad from one day to another?
I've read threads on reddit about the exact same issue with the exact same mouse as well, but there was no answer for it.
I bought a new mousepad now, but I still want to know why it suddently stopped.
Thanks
