I just got this phone replacement directly from Razer because the other phone had an issue. I have it for a week and already im having problems..

The screen just randomly went black. I did research and people are saying to hold the power button and volume +. That works, itll show the razer logo and then itll goto the recovery mode menu. I can see that menu.

Right now its black and I can hear the clicking noise it makes when you turn the screen off as I touch the power button. Its as if the screen doesnt work unless im in recovery mode when i hold power and volume +.

I have done a factory reset from the recovery menu. Wiping out all the data in the phone.

Eventually screen started working but its STILL messed up. It is very glitchy. Ill try getting pictures. But i would swipe and id see portions of a previous screen blinking in and out. And then suddenly the screen went black again and im back to square one.

Good to hear as I prepare to send my replacement phone 2 back! :rolleyes:
I notice they don't seem to be selling the phone anymore, so I guess we're all just swapping our broken phones with each other after their exhausting 'support' efforts eventually lead to replacement with poorly refurbished clones.

I wonder if I'll get my first one back this time?!? o_O

I have a warranty, thats why they sent me this replacement...

The first time i sent it is because the charging port was no longer working.
One week after I sent it they say they will send me a replacement.
Two weeks later I finally get a tracking number.
Ive had this phone for one week and all of a sudden the screen is just glitching and all sorts of fucked up and i cant tell if the phone turns off or if the screen blacks out.
