Razer phone 2 lower speaker crackling and switching off at lower levels
I have been having a problem with my razer phone 2 where at lower volume levels the bottom speaker starts crackling and jumping on and off. But when I turn it over half way it works fine. Also when turn off Dolby Atmos it seems to work fine except extremely quiet. Anyone know of any fixes with this?? Any help is appreciated. Phone only a month old.

I can't say I'm an expert or anything, but by the description it sounds like the speakers have a faulty connection or the speakers are going bad from excessive use.
Thanks. It started when phone was about a week old. So don't think it is excessive use. And I thought about loose wire but slot of people having the same problem. And razer are telling them to hard reset the device. I was told to do it last night while talking to support. So I don't think it's a wire issue unless slot of people have a bad batch which not ruling out.
Have you tried to do a hard reset on the device as advised by support? Also, is this happening on different applications? Can you also send me the serial number of your Razer Phone 2 through PM? Let's continue from there.
