Razer phone 2 not charging

Recently I have found that my phone is not charging when I plug it in as well as when it does completely die and it is plugged in it seems to be trying to boot over and over again however when I turn it on after a few minutes it has charged around 10%- 20% but still says that is is not charging after that. any help on how to fix it or if it's just done for?

Same problem here as well. Any answers yet?

I did a full factory reset. That fixed it. Seemed to be a software issue on something that I had recently downloaded. Fixed the whole thing and I'm back up and running.
