Razer phone 2 screen frozen


Hello everyone, so my Razer phone started to freeze every time I watch a video then I have to wait till the phone runs out of battery in order for me to start using it again. It complete freezes in the video it wont let me do anything at all. I bought the phone like 2 or 3 months ago from Best Buy. So my question is if there's a way for me to fix this problem or if Razer offers like a manufacturer warranty so I could send my phone out to be repair or get another one as replacement.

Thank you for the reply I guess I'm not the only one having this problem, since the screen is all freeze is there a way to hard reset the phone or I just have to wait until the phone runs out of battery?
My phone froze opening this thread and then froze again on the lock screen after restarting. I just hold the power button down until it hard restarts.
This started happening to me yesterday. Everytime I watch ANY video or GIF the phone freezes up. Have to do a hard reset but it keeps crashing. This is getting stupid. Not sure if it's something that got updated thru the play store or the Razer phone 2. The phone only crashes when watching a video. YouTube..Twitter Facebook doesn't matter. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!
For everyone having the freezing issues it's a problem with Google chrome web browser... I downloaded Opera and haven't crashed once. THE RECENT GOOGLE CHROME UPDATE IS MAKING THE RAZER PHONE 2 CRASH WHILE VIEWING VIDEOS ECT. DOWNLOAD OPERA UNTIL THERE IS A FIX. SOMEONE TELL GOOGLE CHROME TO FIX THIS ISSUE.

I am having the same freezing issue. If I watch a video through a browser or Facebook or anywhere really my phone screen freezes. Audio of the video continues untill the video is over. Very frustrating. I have changed all video setting and nothing has helped.
To hard reboot press power and vol+ at the same time.

Like I said you need to download Opera web browser in the google play store. The issue is with google chrome app. Google Chrome did a recent update that has caused the freezing issues everyone is having. My issue is gone now that I switched to Opera web browser.
Blaming Chrome is not a solution. I watch videos all day on Chrome and it never freezes (not on a Razer phone). This is an issue specific to the Razer phone that Razer needs to figure out and address, since as the manufacturer they control the update process.

Can all of you send me a PM with the serial number of your RP2s, Build Number along with the Dev Logs? I'd like to have them checked by our Dev Team so they can work on a proper fix.
How do i send the dev logs??
Been having this problem too - just got my phone a few days ago as well will generate a bug report and PM it through, hopefully we can figure out the issue!

I believe something has gone screwy with the latest Chrome Update for our devices

Can you all they downloading chrome beta and see if that works?

Also for bug reports to send to @Razer.Caziel follow these steps.

1. Unlock developer settings if you haven't already (to do this go to system settings> about > tap on Android build number 5 times)
2. In there you'll see an option to take a bug report
3. Make sure the bug has happened before you do the report, recreate the issue and DONT REBOOT
4. After recreating the issue go to the developer settings and select take bug report
5. Select full report and wait
6. After a while you'll see a notification appear saying the bug report has completed. Tap on it and upload the file to your Google Drive.
7. After the upload is completed send the link to the file to @Razer.Caziel
