Razer Phone acting strange.

I'll get straight to the point, my Razer Phone only charges in specific positions, I know none, It's just luck, one touch will make it not charge. I've tried getting rid of dust, I tried moving the tab up, none of it seems to work, and on the rare occasion it does charge, I try turning it on, but it shows the no battery symbol, while earlier it said 25%, I can't do a hard reset, or a factory reset, one time, a while back it turned on, I tried tried to do a hard reset, it didn't work, instead it sent me back to the "No charge" screen, I used 3rd party chargers, same thing. Please help, I really don't want the money wasted.
