Razer Pro Click Bluetooth mode not working

Hi guys,

Yesterday I was trying to pair the Pro Click mouse with one of my computers and it did not show up on my computer after pressing the pair/switch button for 3 seconds. I am sure it was in pairing mode as the pairing indicator was blinking twice every few seconds. So I cycle through the Bluetooth device slots and tried a few times. I've also tried turning the mouse off and turning on to Bluetooth mode, but it did not work.

All of a sudden, the Bluetooth pairing indicator no longer lights up when turned to Bluetooth mode (still lights up when turned to dongle mode), and it does not blink when I press and hold for 3 seconds. Short pressing the button also does nothing, the indicator just doesn't light up anymore. I am not able to see the device on the list of Bluetooth devices on my computer, and it does not work with previously pair devices. In other words, the mouse only works in 2.4Ghz mode now.

Anyone having the same issue? Is there any way to reset the mouse?
Thanks for your help!!

Harry

  • Download Nirsoft USB manager
  • Unplug all usb devices.
  • Open Nirsoft
  • Mark all USB devices and click on Uninstall (trash bin icon) [Restart Pc]
  • connect them back

Thanks azithro for your help, but my mouse works in USB dongle mode and wired mode, so I'm not sure if doing that will help.
