Razer products do not work on Mac. Razer said they were working on a fix over a year ago.
I bought my mouse and keyboard a year or two ago because Razer said they were mac supported. Synapse kind of worked for a while but with tons of bugs. Now it doesn't work at all and is impossible to get my mouse and keyboard connected to the app to do any customization. I know there are probably tons of other posts about this but from what I've seen Razer said they were working on fixing this problem over a year ago but then never did and are just ignoring mac users now in the forums. Can I get a refund? Can someone from Razer please follow up on this?

I bought a new Razer Trinity mouse yesterday and it said it is compatible with MAC on the package. But it wasn't. I wrote to the support and they say it's only compatible to use as regular mouse for now and that they are working on it. But I didn't pay this much for a regular mouse. It's a scam!
Quite some time ago I pre-ordered a Corsair K100 keyboard, only to discover after a long period of time that Corsair support wasn't the least bit bothered about sorting Mac users issues (over multiple product lines).
I needed to jump ship, so I searched for other tech keyboards this morning & thought it was my lucky day when I discovered Razer's Huntsman v2 analog keyboard. YAY!!!
You'd think I would've learnt from the Corsair experience, but this morning I naively bought a Huntsman v2 analog keyboard from the official site, to then later discover that Razer keyboards aren't truly Mac-compatible either & unearthed a world of disgruntled Mac users.
Full disclosure, I'm elderly, my requirements of a keyboard are few & mostly focus on reducing the frustration of me inadvertently multi-tapping keys (the shakes). Corsair's optical key switches helped immensely, but their refusal to update their Mac support has become unacceptable.
Realising my stupidity this morning, I tried to cancel the Razer Huntsman v2 analog order but got vertigo from lapping the maze of tech support BS.
Not happy.
