Razer products freezing

So I my setup is the Cynosa chroma, Deathadder elite, and Kraken TE and have had a few problems with everything. So my first problem was with the Kraken TE, it came out of the box faulty, and everything was static and I had to replace it. The Next problem I had was everything required more power then my laptop could dish out, so I had to get a USB hub. (Not a big deal) But my latest issue has kind of got me annoyed, my mouse freezes. At random times the mouse will stop tracking but the lights stay on. (not the lights I had chose) I have tried to isolate the problem by testing the mouse on different computers with and without synapse, but the problem only happens on my laptop. I would really like to solve this problem. Any help is awesome.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern to our support board. The issue is possible hardware-related, wherein, your laptop cannot supply the right amount of current to your devices or there's a driver issue in your laptop which causes your USB devices to freeze or go haywire. By the way, are you using a Razer laptop? How many USB ports does it have? We don't recommend using a USB hub as it can add up to the issue. Also, have you updated your mouse firmware?
I am not using a razer laptop I am using a windows surface book 1st gen, but my plans are to buy a razer laptop in the near future. My laptop only has 2 USB ports, so there aren't enough for all 3 of my devices so I use a USB hub with a separate power supply from an outlet. I believe I have updated it, but how would I check?

That's noted. Sorry for my late response, I've been out for three days. Anyway, you can install Razer Synapse 3.0 since all your peripherals are compatible with it then check if it recommends you an available update. If the issue still persists, please send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
