Razer Raiju Controller Not Working With Xbox Game Pass or DS4 Windows?

I've got a Razer Raiju controller which is working perfectly with my PS4 and seems to work on Steam however, I can't use it with Xbox Game Pass games and the controller is no longer being detected with DS4. I had this problem a few months ago when I first got the controller and resolved it by using DS4 however, I've now had to factory restore my PC and reinstalled DS4 but it isn't working anymore! It seems to be detected fine on Steam (although I have to have the controller connected via USB). I've tried updating drivers in Device Manager, uninstalling and reinstalling the Raiju, enabling and disabling it etc but nothing seems to work.
Anyone have any ideas?

*I'm working with Windows 10 on a Microsoft SurfaceBook 2 with NVIDIA GTX Geforce 1060 (which is what I was using back when it worked before the reset!)
