Razer Raiju wired version for PS resets to defaults when I shut down

I have two of these but one of them resets to default settings everytime I shut down. So I have to select the preset I want everytime I start up, where the other one retains it, so I turn on my PS4 Pro and it is on the preset I want? Any ideas? Just use the one that holds the preset, well problem is one of the joycons is playing up so it is a little annoying not being able to run or sprint so I am forced to put up with having to select the preset every time I start up as that is less annoying than the controller with the joycon playing up.
