It's supposedly an option, and i need it to reduce lag. It's currently not there

That's not an option either, both in Streamlabs and regular OBS. I'll refer to a video about it, where it's stated as an option, but that, for some reason, no longer seems to be the case.


at 1:26, that option is absent for me, and it's highly likely that it would fix the problem I, and as you can see in the comments of that video, many others are having. The thumbnail seems to suggest this is in reference to the newer model, and i have the older one.

I've now spent 2 days trying to find a solution. Very annoyed

Thanks for letting me know. Please gather your Razer Synapse logs by following the steps here, then proceed with step number three from this link and perform the clean reinstallation of the Razer Synapse 2.0. Save the compressed files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there.
