I was going to pre-order the Sneki Snek plushie, I put it into my cart and proceeded to check out. I put in my address information, I pressed Continue To Shopping method, and it has been loading for hours now, I refreshed many times, I tried it on different devices, no use. I was wondering if anyone knows the problem and how I could fix it, thanks.

So as of right now, I am not allowed to pre-order Sneki Snek, unfortunately.
