Razer Shipping Method Issue

    I was going to pre-order the Sneki Snek plushie, I put it into my cart and proceeded to check out. I put in my address information, I pressed Continue To Shopping method, and it has been loading for hours now, I refreshed many times, I tried it on different devices, no use. I was wondering if anyone knows the problem and how I could fix it, thanks.
    Quick update: It is no longer in my cart and I cannot put it in my cart. I put it into my cart, and when I view my cart. Nothing shows up. Proof of issue: https://vimeo.com/user117996379/review/476739008/7b3e977b29

    So as of right now, I am not allowed to pre-order Sneki Snek, unfortunately.
