Razer Silver Prize "Failed to redeem voucher"

Hey, so i recently spent all my silver on spins and won the "US$3 Bonus Gold or 3,000 Bonus Silver Voucher"
but everytime i use the voucher code, or at least try to it says "Failed to Redeem voucher". Yes im using the right code im making sure its right and i know its right because when the silver wasnt working i went over to the gold one, and redeemed that. But for me the gold is useless and the silver is the only thing that can help. Please help me fix this. Id rather have 3000 silver than 3 gold. Or at least just help me claim both or something of the sort. I just want to redeem the prize and have it work.
