Razer Silver Reward Redemption

    I live in Australia, and have managed to save up for a Goliathus Chroma from the silver store, but I am not entirely clear on how to redeem my reward.

    From what the website says, it seems that you need to add it to your cart while checking out to apply the reward, but the Goliathus Chroma(standard edition) is not even on the Australian Razer Store?(whats up with that?)

    Hi , I am here to help you with. Introducing myself, I am Anip from Malaysia, I am Mr.Nobody here :wink_:, just willing to help those who in needs. Since I am used to dive inside all of Razer website. Ok,First things you need to login into your razer gold account and browse to the Razer Silver Redemption Catalog HERE. Complete with that, Choose which one of Razer Products or Redemption Item you want. For the item I see you want to redeem was Goliath Chroma (Standard) which required 40,000 silver to be redeem HERE. OK on the above got a text "Please ensure that the correct region is selected". It was compulsory to choose the right country you want the item to be shipped to, choose Australia, then scroll down to the last there got a Confirm button if you did got enough silver to redeem, click on it and You will receive a voucher code for use on Razer.com only. Usage instructions are included in your transaction receipt. Check your mail for it. Lastly went to the Australia Razer Store HERE, look forward the item and kindly add to cart, go to your cart and put the code on the apply voucher code , then proceed to checkout, complete your personal/shipping details, and finally pay for the shipping fee which is automatically calculated by the system according to your shipping address. Anything just drop by here and i will follow up to solve your problem buddy.. Hope I did help solve your problem .

    p/s : Kindly check first on your country Razer Store for stock availability before going to redeem in the Razer Gold website to avoid delay on your redemption.

    It looks like I did understand what you meant. As what i'd understand, you are having issue which is the physical product you are going to redeem was unavailable/out of stock on your country Razer Store. So for this kind of problem, If you are not redeem it yet, you can just wait for a while for the item to be re-stock or just redeem for something else. if you did already redeem the code, you got two option here, whether wait for the physical product to be available In-stock, or Request help from Razer Customer Support HERE.

    Thanks for the reply, yes, my problem is that the item is not shown at all on their website, does this mean it is out of stock? or does it mean it is discontinued. Should I just wait for it to come back to stock?

    Most welcome.. Glad to help you, I dont think the product already discontinued unless there got a new release Razer Goliath Chroma V2 , Hahahahaha.... Just wait for a while or contact your local Razer Store support for an enquiries regarding the stock of that product and when it will be restock.
