Razer Siren X Help needed please

Hi guys, so i bought my razer siren x microphone a little over a year n half ago and ever since ive owned it ive had nothing but issues with the mic, at first it wasnt picking my voice up all the time so i turned the mic sensitivity up, then it was picking up too much audio and everyone could hear my bedroom fan, so i turned it back down abit, then everytime ive spoke in game to people theyve told me my mic sounds like its "underwater" or "someones sat on it". this isnt the only razer microphone ive had issues with because i also had issues with the Kraken X 7.1, (wouldnt recommend that headset), when i bought that, so my question is, since razer wont help me because i dont have razer care,how in the f*** can i fix this?
