Razer Studio Lighting Problems

Hello. I've been having this problem ever since I've gotten my first Razer product about 2 years ago. I've had 3 different computer configurations (I'm talking about complete overhauls i.e. different case, motherboard, GPU, CPU, main memory, secondary memory, etc.) 3 times up until now, and I have been having this problem with each and every configuration.

What happens is I have all my devices connected with Razer studio, all simply glowing a static white. Occasionally the white glow just turns off for a second then all my devices go into this what I assume is the default RGB glow where it glows different colors (They seem to still be synced up). It happens now and then about two times a week. Over time this has slowly starting to peck at me and piss me off. I can open up Razer synapse, but once I click on studio it freezes then crashes.

Has anyone else had this issue before?

And yes, before you ask. I have done a clean install of windows, Razer studio, as stated before changed all of my computer parts at least 3 times and has had this problem each and every time, and no I don't clone my hard drives.
