Razer support is really getting on my nerves

    I bought a Blackwidow V3 last year, and it's having the key spamming issue.

    So I contact support directly, they ask for a bunch stuff, which I provide, including receipt, which I provide.

    Now they are telling me I just cannot be helped because apparently Amazon is an unauthorized reseller? And no I didn't get it from a third party in Amazon, it is clearly sold by Amazon.com

    I have been fighting with CS for 3 days trying to solve this issue, and it just seems as if they don't want to fulfill the warranty.

    best ditch Razer and go Corsair way better support
