I contacted razer support a while ago and they came to the conclusion that they would have to reset my account due to a corrupt file connected to my Razer Goliathus, which doesn't light up when I open Chroma Studio.
I agreed through their chat support that they could do so, since I have no major important profiles I can't easily recreate, problem is it's been over a week and it still hasn't been done, and I can't find my case number anymore, even the chat function and email address to contact about it seems to be gone, the only form of support looks to be this forum suddenly, or perhaps I am just looking in the wrong place.
It can't possibly take more than 5 minutes to just flip a switch and nuke the cloud saved content on my account, which in theory should then fix the issue.
