Razer Surround Legacy 2.0 fixed on Win 10 ver 2004 ??

So, i have two Kraken registered on my account. One Razer Kraken Pro V2 - Oval and another old Razer Kraken Pro Gaming Headset. A while ago i had to format my PC while using Legacy 2.0 and i installed the newest version of Surround and I can't use this because it needs an activation code which I don't have but i have it registered on my Razer Account. After that I downloaded the Legacy 2.0 and discovered it's not working with Win10 ver.2004. I can't go back to Win 10 ver.1909 because i did a fresh download. Any Solutions ?

I have the same problem. after updating windows 10 ver.2004 I encountered several audio problems. Disturbances, noises, rustling. The motherboard audio works well with normal speakers. I removed the drivers and reinstalled the legacy 2.0 and BAM !!! I need activation to use headphones. Absurd!!!!
how to fix this problem? 😕
Don't have any solution yet, I think.
I opened a report with the support and after having exchanged several emails I am told that the product is out of warranty. Product purchased 04/17/2018 after upgrading to windows 10 2004 sound problems occurred when activating 3D audio. I removed drivers, uninstalled synapse, and reinstalled everything. New problem. The synapse panel does not allow you to enter the device configuration. The support repeated to me that the product is defective and I cannot replace it ... I won't add anything else.

I was told by a support manager that if you run an instance of bluestacks on your PC with the Razer Surround, it works again. I tried that out and it's true. While bluestack is open, the surround sound stays normal and usable like nothing happened and i'm using it like this until they find a fix for it.
Try going to device manager and uninstall USB Root Hub from the universal serial bus controllers.
Worked for me at least.

Good luck.

Edit: Yeah, worked for awhile, but the problem reoccurred. A reinstall of windows has fixed it.
just bought a new pc and have razer surround pro on my old laptop. would like to use my kraken headphones on the new computer but it says i need an activation code? shouldn't these headphones already be linked to my account?
It is not the bluestacks itself that is fixing the issue but rather virtual box that is installed alongside.

I have installed just the virtualbox alone and started a windows machine, with the absolute bare minimum and razer surround seem to not produce any disruptive noises. it seems like a virtualization problem not sure yet were it has the roots.

Furthermore, seems like you don't even need to start the virtual machine to have the sound fixed,
I've set a win10 VM (in virtualbox) and allocated absurd low specs like 2MB disk and 4MB ram and started it, after this a pop-up is displayed to select the disk and at this point the sound works fine, but the VM is not running yet (would not run with 4mb anyway) So it seems that some services are started to prepare the VM and these are fixing the sound not running the VM itself.
Olá, meu problema começou depois que eu atualizei para windows v2004 como arruma isso so da certo com um programa aberto como ele faz isso n sei mas razer podia ver isso

Workaround: download and run DPC latency checker, you can even press "stop" and your surround should be fine, it sucks, but it's the only way we have now.
So simply to be clear a 4tb and a 2tb would suit first-class right? Would a 4tb be he equal thickness as an 8tb? With a 4tb would I run in to VPN the equal problem becoming the 4tb as with the 8tb and the connector?
