Recently I wanted to use Razer's Surround app but it says I need a license which normally should be available for my headset. I contacted support over a month ago but never heard back(on May 9th,

that headphones can be used only on synapse 2.0 (include 7.1)
7.1 Surround Sound does not support your headphones.
