Razer Syapse 2.0 keeps crashing on startup

hello, so I have just gotten a pc on Windows 10 and I installed synapse 2.0, but no matter how much I try it keeps crashing when I click on it. It will go "Syncing settings from cloud" before exiting on its own. So I checked Event Viewer and two different errors show up, an application error:

I don't know what's going on, it used to work fine on my old windows 7 pc, just before anyone asks, my .NET framework is updated,

Thanks for sharing the application logs from the Windows Event Viewer. Try to fix the issue by performing the steps from this page. If the problem persists, please gather your Synapse Logs by following this guide. You can upload the files on Google Drive and send me the sharable link.
