Razer Synapse (2) audio settings wont work/apply - Electra v2 usb

I would like to start this by saying that they did work in the past, Eq, bass boost, normalization, everything worked like a charm but,
Recently I have decided to reinstall windows back to the same version i had before (version 1909) and for some reason after I did, all the audio settings in synapse stopped working. I tested the headset on another computer and there everything worked just fine, I tried reinstalling synapse, creating and logging in with another account but it didn't solve anything - so at this point I'm just trying to see if anyone else has/had this issue..

Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste them in the comment section.
