Razer Synapse 2 + NAGA 2014 Issue

Hello there, its my first time in this forum and im seeking help to understand what is happening to my razer naga 2014.

For like 3 months sometimes the scroll wheel side buttons (yea, the mouse scroll can go to right or left as a button) sometimes it just stops and "forgets" the binding it was set on the synpase 2 profile. The cursos freezes for like 0.5s and them the problem begins

SO sometimes im playing and during a fight that happens, i have to alt tab, close synpase and open it again for it to come back or unplug and plug the mouse again.

I dont know exactly what is causing that. if it was a windows update or a razer synapse update.

What i tested so far and the problem persisted

- Using it in another computer with razer synapse 2 installed
- Opening and cleaning the mice
- Reinstalling the drivers of the mouse
- Reinstalling the drivers of the USB ports
- Reinstalling razer synapse 2
- Installing razer synpase 3 (Not compatible with this mice)
- Changing the keybind in razer synapse 2
- Reinstalling windows (yes i did that lol)

Nothing that i did was able to fix it. Those buttons on the side of the scrolling wheel are the only ones that are affected by this.

Feel free to email me (*Omitted) with any attachments or videos you might think it could help me.

Thanks in advance

Hey directLightHotPink368. Thanks for initiating this thread. I've seen that you've done all the possible steps to isolate and resolve the issue, which includes opening the mouse and is not recommended by Razer as it can potentially damage the mouse. Anyhow, were you able to log in using a test or dummy Razer Synapse account? Also, please disable or close Razer Synapse 2.0 and check if the default function of the scroll wheel is still affected.

1 How do you log in with a dummy account on razer synapse??

2 Closing synapse doesnt affect the default function of the scroll wheel. The side buttons on the mouse still dont work.

Thanks for the follow-up. I've sent you a PM together with the Razer Synapse test account credentials. Let's continue from there.
