Razer Synapse 3 Beta Totally DEAD on Windows 10 64 bits

It worked when I just upgraded to Windows 10 64 bits from Windows 8 64 bits, but now all gone.
1. Uninstall and ReInstall or Fix: all tried dozen times, no working.
2. All services are there running like ZOMBIES, but icon gone in Task area: as the attachment. And nothing (splash image, login process) seen when stating windows.

3. Launch by software shortcut: no working, nothing happened.
4. Mouse Function: totally dead, just like any other cheap mouse, controlled by Windows default mouse only.
5. Device Manager: Yes, mouse device seems nothing abnormal.

Is there a Razer Synapse folder on the Start button? Have you done some updates on your PC?

Hi, In my original post said,

3. Launch by software shortcut: no working, nothing happened.

Yes, there is a icon on the menu opened by start button, but clicked and nothing happened. And My Windows 10 is version 1809 and updated to newest windows update. Then Synapse installation file is always downloaded newest version from your site.

I did not change any hardware when the RS3 Beta is still working. (Changed display card, 4K monitor with Windows 8.1 x64 about 1 month, but the RS3 is running well when I just upgraded it to Windows 10 x64 1809, and just dead as my original post said someday.)

Now I installed the Synapse 2, it is not so beautiful but works for me.

I take it that you're not on a fresh install of Windows 10 so you will have to uninstall Synapse along with all Razer related apps and delete all the files and folders including the ones in Windows Registry. Send me a PM should you need further assistance.

I have tried all things you told me more than 5 times except a fresh install of Win 10. But the issue is insisted, the Synapse uninstall program did not work after I restart my computer, those service programs are still zombies there in background, no files in Program File, Program File (x86) was deleted, the uninstall process did nothing to uninstall.

The right uninstall process that you should let program to check if zombies existed, check where are the zombies files, shoot them down, then uninstall (delete folders) those installed. If it could not be done, then your install process is wrong did not register drives well to OS so that you don't have the right to delete those files later.

Or, your zombies files should not launch without checking if the installation is fine then they won't be zombies there.

Anyway, by administrator permission, I stop those zombies in tasks manager and delete whole folders even using Advanced SystemCare 12 to clean registry after those uninstall and delete actions, then problem is still there.

This is the most frustrated driver I have ever used. No other driver can be so such successful zombie like RS3B, just like a beautiful lady suddenly turned into the strongest zombie someday when I was just awake and turned on the computer, awful and terrible.

That's not possible to do a fresh install Win 10 for a mouse device, waste too much time and too dangerous to my work. If I know its driver will need to do such action, I will never buy it.

You guy should check the system if it is a upgraded version or a clean installation then do more things to clean before installing, but not like this to move your home to a new house without good clean work before.

According to status of Synapse 2, it looks well without any issue, maybe you guys should look backward how does it work so smoothly.

I understand how frustrating this can be and there shouldn't be any need to reinstall Windows 10. I'd even agree that there is definitely something wrong with Synapse in your system but throwing salt all over the place isn't going to help anyone. Do send me a PM with your Synapse 3 logs so we can have our Software Team take a crack at it but consider this thread locked.
