Hi Guys,

the problem above seems to be present for a while now, still no solution. Can somebody help?

Problem: Whenever i install the NANOLEAF Module and try to pair it up with my Nanoleaf (15 Pair Shapes) it will take me to the screen where i get told to press the button for three seconds and the pairing will be done.

Whenever i do that the whole Synapse crashes and i cant access anything until i uninstall the whole app and download Synapse again. Is there any fix available?

Specs: Win 10, Razer Golathius, Nari, Basilisk Wireless.

Ty

Was having the same issue, there's a simpler way to fix it. When the pairing broke in the middle of the first attempt, it will leave Synapse in a failed state; the app that's causing the issue is the nanoleaf module. Go to your control panel/app settings and find Synapse 3, choose 'change/modify' and in the next screen remove the nanoleaf app. This will get rid of the offender and allow Synapse to work again. You will be able to add nanoleaf module back again and try the pairing.

I'm at the point where I can try the pairing, but it can't find my panels. From what I'm reading, the Nanoleaf panels (I have hexagon) do not integrate with Chroma/Synapse. Maybe you'll have better luck. Oh, btw - the pairing app doesn't work either, so don't bother with that suggestion.
From your comment it sounds like the issue is the panels as opposed to like the Canvas or Aurora Nanoleaf sets? I literally just bought the hex starter kit, chosen because of the integration with Synapse/Chroma, and chose Razer accessories for the integrations with other devices ... sigh.
It's been confirmed by other users and Razer Support that the Hex Panels won't have Razer Chroma integration until later on in Q1/Q2 of this year. The closest you can come to integration is to download the Nanoleaf Software on your PC and choose "Mirror Desktop Color" mode. This is as close as you can get to a complimentary color scheme from the panels. It's also a good way of managing your panels from your PC.
Ugh - so disappointing. Bold of me to assume upon seeing the nanoleaf module in Synapse 3 that I could pick whatever nanoleaf shape I liked. Thanks for your help.
Hey Guys,

honestly I didn't want to give this another thought, I just wanted to make it work, so here is my work-around:

- install wallpaper engine (steam, around 5-10 bucks)
=> wallpaper engine mirrors your background with my panels and controls chroma, so this app becomes the center.

hope this helps someone

cheers
