Razer Synapse 3 Not Working... Please Help.

Hey! Im Ryan Ive used razer synapse for 3 years now and nothing has happened. But about a month ago my Synapse bugged out and hasn't worked since. Ive tried to go without it for a while but its getting frustrating!!!! So basically what happened was I was playing an FPS game and I was turning down my mouse sens with the synapse settings and it didnt work with the button one day and when I tried to open the app it only showed my profile and wouldnt let me on anything else. I was basically locked on my profile screen. So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didnt work AT ALL. I tried to redownload it and mid download at around 41% it gave me and error "1615825877ZI1Z1IuORazerStringTranslationsSetup_v3.6.0331.031523.exe - Installation failed with error code: -1073741819" And I have googled everything about this error code and cant find anything! Is there anyone that can help or knows how to solve this problem? I really want my Synapse back it helped alot XD.
