Immediately after the latest synapse update my naga pro connection stopped working, with micro disconnections every second. Synapse also doesn't recognise my naga pro after I stop moving the mouse for a couple of seconds.

When connecting the naga pro directly by usb cable it completely stops working. I am also unable to connect via bluetooth.
All other razer devices (for now) seem to work fine.

Have a look at this thread : /razer-naga-pro-connections-issues.89933/ - @KidDaGoat found a solution at the bottom of the post, and your issue may be similar.
Unfortunately the solution didn't work for me. I suspect it should have as the issue sounds almost identical, but there were a number of drivers I wasn't able to uninstall. Short of a complete format of my C:drive I'm not sure what else I can do.
Seems like my mouse is permanently bricked, unless there's a physical reset button on the mouse...

Hi Einmal.Crecelle,
Please PM me the serial number of your mouse so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific steps to help you address the issue. Thanks!
