Razer Synapse chroma profiles are all blank

When I booted up my PC today the keyboard was blank, which was weird, so I go over to my chroma studio and I see that all of the chroma profile/presets I made for my keyboard over the past 2 years are just blank. Everything but one ripple effect under a profile looks as if I never touched them. Any way to recover my work, or is this a bug? Or is it just gone and I should just move on? Everything else about chroma studio and the keyboard lights work fine, and was working perfectly yesterday.

Hi there! Thanks for starting this thread. Have you tried logging in and out from Razer Synapse 3.0? Also, did you reset the Razer Synapse 3.0 under settings or performed a clean reinstalled the Razer Synapse 3.0 that's why the profiles went missing?

I have not tampered with any settings or reset anything/reinstall since the issue happened, and I just tried to relog with no luck.

Please log out from your Razer Synapse 3.0 and gather your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs, then perform the steps here. Let me know if it helps. Else, please send me a PM together with your computer's Razer Synapse 3.0 logs by saving it via Google Drive or to any online drive account and pasting the link in your message.
