Razer Synapse crash error on every start of Windows 10 PC

For a few weeks now - was completely fine before for more than 2 years - everytime I start my Windows 10 PC I get this error of Microsoft .NET framework error, with error text saying cannot connect to 127.0.0.1:5426, and I am unable to open Razer Synapse, part of Razer Central.

I'm using TWO Razer products -- a NEW Razer Cynosa Chroma keyboard, plus a (legacy) Razer Naga Epic Chroma mouse (connected via USB cable). For the mouse, I also have the older Razer Synapse 2.x installed on my PC too. What can I do to fix this error, and make opening Razer Synapse work again, and not crash this way?

My PC's specs, if you need them - Intel Core i3-4330 CPU (Haswell, 2 cores, 4 threads), 16 GB DDR3 RAM, Crucial 2 TB SSD with plenty of disk space free, 8 TB WD Red HDD, 8 TB Seagate HDD. Besides the Razer mouse & keyboard, the only USB devices connected are -- a USB Bluetooth adapter, 8 GB USB flash drive. My Windows 10 OS is latest Stable version i.e. ver. 20H2.

EDIT (added ~5:20 PM my time): Exact error text is here, pasted into Pastebin:
