Razer Synapse doesn't detect Genshin Impact

Hi everyone !
I've just tried to link a profile for my mouse (basilisk ultimate) with the game Genshin Impact.
So I tried to add directly the .exe in the profiles window but when I click on Browse files and on my GenshinImpact.exe nothing is hapeninng...
I litterally can add every game with the ".exe method" even the launcher of Genshin Impact but if I try to add GenshinImpact.exe (the "real game") nothing is happenning, so I'm actually forced to switch on my genshin profile manually and it's really frustrating...

Did anyone encountered the same problem ?

I've got the same issue. Synapse only detects the Genshin Impact launcher, won't let me select the actual game exe file when I browse, and setting the profiles to the launcher doesn't affect the actual game.
The main issue is that even if you browse for the game exe file it doesn't appear in the app list.
2020, you would think the synapse advanced a tiny bit more, I'm dissapointed again (just installed synapse 3, due to my new Basilisk won't work with synapse 2. :S
Same thing here, Genshin Impact launcher is detected but the .exe won't work in any way

I've got the same issue.
Made a feedback/ticket to razer regarding this in synapse app. After a week a razer support expert came back to me, asking a bunch of completely irrelevant questions. Kind of against GDPR, not to mention the whole logic of it (asking mouse serial, my home address, synapse version, etc.). All they would have needed to do is google genshin impact link exe razer synapse and there are many forums and reddit and other posts.
Or... you know just check synapse on their test environment ... if they got any at all.
