Razer Synapse light error


I bought the Razer Kraken Kitty today and wanted the colors of the headset to shine in all different colors. But every time I shut down the app or the app goes to sleep mode, it stops glowing in color and only glows white. Is it possible to fix this?

This is normal. Synapse controls the lighting effects on the headset. The headset will revert back to its default lighting if the app is not running in the background.

Do you mind sharing screenshots of the error messages when the app crashes? By the way, what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

I do not get a error message, it just goes to sleep some kind of way. I tried keeping the ap going all the time, but it just closes. I tried to disconnect the headset and reconnect it. I have tried to make it as a profile, but that does not work.

Do you have a firewall or an AntiMalware running in the background? If so, I highly recommend that you add Synapse on the Whitelist. In any case, please try to perform a clean installation of the app following the guide provided here. PM me if the problem persists.
