Razer Thresher 7.1 not Ultimate for PC Wirless Range issues

Hi All,

First of all I love the Razer Thresher 7.1 Headset. The sound is simply fantastic. I only bought these headphones a week ago but my wireless connection is just simply terrible. If I move more than 5 to 6 feet away the sound starts to break up and then it completely cuts off. It works perfectly in my own room but I had bought this headset becouse it was supposed to have a great range. My previouse headset in the Corsiar Void never had this issue. Am I doing some thing wrong?

Please note I have also bought a USB hub to axtend the cable for the Wireless dongle but that has not made a difference. I run a Gigabyte Z370 Gaming 7 Motherboard with both USB2, USB 3 and USB 3.1...I am also running a wirless mouse (no issues with the mouse) and I live in the UK.

Any help would be appreciated.
