Razer Thresher Ultimate PS4 - Game/Chat mix not working

Hello everyone,
im quite new in the Razer Forum Business but ím urged to create a Thread about a relatively pushing matter.
Ive bought the Thresher Ultimate Headset for my PS4 PRO and im finding it very troubling that i have ZERO volume Control between game Sound and Chat.

Firstly i did Setup the Headset according to the official Manual.

The Audio mix Game/Chat doesnt work correctly, meaning that:
1. when i Switch to CHAT Audio the Audio Game/Chat mix is completely disabled
2. when i Switch to ALL Audio the Audio Game/Chat mix is enabled but when i move the bar it doesnt bring much to the actual Audio Balance.
3. The left scroll Level/button is only regulating the Mic Level ingame, a Feature which has NO use for the PS4.

Im Hearing the Voice Chat Audio at 100 and the Game Audio must i regulate through each game audio Settings and for that to be in Balance everyone in my Chat Group must reduce their mic Level to 25%.

Is there a valid solution for such a big Problem? how can it be that a 220 Euro Headset thats meant for competitive gaming is providing Zero Options for such a matte? no Firmware upgrade capability, no app to save or preload Audio profiles. Im buffled that my 7.1 Turtle Beach 500p -a 75 euro Headset in 2015- are actually outdating the Features of a razer ps4 exclusive Headset costing almost 3x more.

Cheers

Hello,

Here the same issue with the thresher 7.1 PS4.
Logged a call (also done by a friend of my with the same headset) at Razer but at this point no solution.
Maybe a option for them is to reprogram the mic button to an extra chat volume adjustment by pressing it 2 times or something

Hoping for a solution very soon

Hello Sol1ds,

Hello,

The solution can be found in the ‘quick menu’
It was not the :volume control (speaker for controller)
but the one in:

volume control (headphones).

There you can adjust the volume of the chat ONLY.
