Hi,
I bought the razer thresher Gears of War 5 edition for xbox one and i'm having problems with the mic. I mean, people say the sound it's to low. I do stream and i can confirm the voice its to low. Any one have the some problem?

Are you using it on PC or on Xbox One? Is this app-specific, and have you tried adjusting the mic gain levels?

I'm using Xbox One and that option is not available on xbox.

Since that is the case, is it possible for you to test the headset on a PC? It's best if we can check to confirm if the problem persists no matter the platform.

Mate, i'm sorry but i don't want to be rude. But did you at least check the headphones i'm asking for help? It's a wireless headphones and only works with xbox. For be able to work with pc you must adquire a adapter.

I understand that, but the microphone gain/sensitivity levels are locked by the console. We don't have any room to troubleshoot on the Xbox, which is why I was hoping that we can move into another platform and make sure that the mic itself isn't defective.
