Razer Viper Ultimate - After shutdown not working

Hi,
My mouse disappears everytime I shut down my computer.
Every time I need to pull the USB dongle out, plug it back in, and turn the mouse off on the back of it, and then back on.
in this order. If I just turn it off-on, it doesnt work, if I plug out the USB and insert it back in, it doesn't work.
I must do this 4 step operation every day.
Out -> In -> Off -> On.
Its ridiculous.
Any Suggestions ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi
Connected to notebook or PC? How does it look like, do you have active power supply on it, or maybe an energy saving option?

Laptop.
I tried connecting directly to the Laptop and via 2 different USB 3 Hubs.
I also have 2 firefly v2, keyboard and gaming device, all razer.
The problem is with the mouse only, it is the only wireless device among the peripherals...
The laptop itself is connected to the power source all the time.
The power manager is set to max performance.
I wanna mention that it never happened to me with wireless logitech or microsoft mice or keyboards.
Did you change any hardware? Or nearby other wireless devices like router, telephone, remote controls etc.? These could interfere with the signal? If not, I would guess a broken dongle.

No mate... It was like this since I got this... all brand new.
There are no wireless items close to it.
The problem is that after every shut down, when I turn the laptop back on, I need to remove the mouse dongle, plug it again, turn the mouse off and back on. every time.
I tried again, just in case with old microsot and logitech mice and keyboards I had and after a shutdown they still work.
I should have gotten the wired mouse 😞
Yes, it could be that they are transmitting on the same Bluetooth channel as the receiver. Unfortunately you can't change them like with Wifi. I hate the cable connections but unfortunately they are the most reliable.

The Viper's USB dongle is 2.4 ? what do you mean by bluetooth?
btw, this is what Razer says about this mouse:
More Reliable Than Ever
HyperSpeed Wireless
Low-latency wireless delivers high-speed transmission to register swipes and clicks instantaneously

I had to google this:
2.4GHz wireless chipsets boast a long range and lag-free experience. There's a reason that many gaming headphones opt for 2.4GHz wireless connectivity. It's a technology similar to Bluetooth, but with a proprietary radio frequency. Low-latency, high-quality audio comes from these chips, along with better battery life.
