Razer Viper Ultimate frequent disconnections

I've had a razer viper ultimate wireless mouse for about 4 months. Since i got it, it has had multiple disconnections each day without breaks in routine. The disconnections are usually quick; about 5 seconds of the mouse not responding. Sometimes it doesn't reconnect on its own and requires me to take out the USB receiver in my PC for a few seconds then re-attach it. Whatever the case, after it reconnects the mouse jumps to whatever input I've made over the past couple seconds (if I were to move the mouse and inch while it was disconnected, once reconnected, the courser will move the appropriate distance and direction to my input). I have no idea why this happens. I only have it placed about 3 feet from the USB receiver which is plugged into the front of my PC as far away from all other receivers as possible while still in line of sight of the mouse. The only pattern I've noticed is that it seems to more often happen when my PC is processing more (scrolling on a web page, playing a game, starting an app, etc.) though I could be just imagining it. Any ideas on the problem(s) and/or fixes?

Have you tried disabling Synapse to check if it behaves the same without it in the background? For now, let's try to reinstall your mouse driver by following the steps on this page. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device. I can use it to verify its model and look for other possible solutions.
