Razer Zgold reload problems

Hi.
Ive had 2 transactions with razer gold that failed but was taken out of my account. Now, my bank says razer has already taken out the money and did not do any refind ticket for it and they said it will update in my razer acct after a couple of days. It has already been a week since the transaction and no money or razer gold has been returned to either my razer acct or my bank. Can anyone help me out?
