Why is it that my microphone is picking up the audio from the headset itself and my party can hear everything I'm hearing. I can't fix it at all. any idea?? it also happens every time i unplug it and plug it back in,

Which variant of the Kraken do you have? PM me the serial number of the headset so I can help you further isolate the issue. For now, try to perform a clean installation of Synapse and device drivers. Let's go from there.
