Just bought this headset 2 days ago. Everything works fine on PlayStation 4.
On my laptop however, it just will not work. I have scoured these forums and tried all optional solutions i could find I even found some posts on Reddit and also tried those.
I've done the following:
1. Created multiple new synapse accounts.
2. Uninstalled and re-installed all drives and apps (multiple times).
3. Checked "Ambient Noise" selected in Synapse Profile, change device sound channel to cd quality 44000hz.
Really stumped here.
Any help appreciated.
