Razor turret keyboard keeps disconnecting

Hi,
Only been using the Razor turret for about a week and its been great.Over the past couple of days the keyboard has started to disconnect from the xbox. At first it was once, now today its every 5 mins so I did a full reset on the xbox, switched the usb port and reset the keyboard. I've also checked the firmware and its up to date. There's nothing else using the network and the xbox is is on 5Ghz wifi. Any thoughts??? as its becoming unusable.
