Recent Order - Order status remains "Received" despite 10 days passed

    Hiya, recently on the 22nd March, I have ordered an exclusive bundle including a Kraken Kitty black edition and a base chroma v2. I also used the promotion code which gifts a chroma keycap if spending £129 for a single order. Upon checkout, I have not received any confirmation email regarding my order after the next 24 hours. When I checked the order status on my Razer account, the order status is said to be "Received". However, when I also checked my bank account, there is no pending transaction for the order. I just want to check if my order actually went through, got received, since it is already the 1st April and my order on the 22nd March still have not shipped.

    It would be much appreciated if someone in your team can check my order status on the system. Contacted the Razer support since 27th March but still no reply.
